Although usually not actually the performers you think are doing it. Lars von Trier uses porn actors for anything involving actual sex, which is ironic, because his Dogme rules explicitly forbade any simulated actions on screen. But then that's Lars von Trier for you. Writes a set of rules just so he has something to break.
