It's funny you say that. Latter half of season 4 and 5 were when the show really started sticking closer to the comic. The changes they did make seemed to add rather than subtract, like making a very minor no name group of thugs into The Claimers. My issues were minor like the cannibal victim being a character I didn't care about (Bob) rather than Dale, but the actor wanted out before then, so I don't blame the show. They actually expanded the cannibals into a more powerful group with a compound, making them trappers rather than out in the woods hunters. This is when the comic-show comparisons started being done on the Skybound website because there was a lot to compare and contrast. Not only that, but this was well-loved by people who haven't even skimmed the comics.
