4K. Unless you watch it in 4K (or iMax Scream) you are bound to miss the movie's extraordinary extraordinarinessness because that's where the film's extraordinary extraordinarinessness is built in. There only, and only there. Things would be different if the movie were based on a true story and starred the delectable Natalie Potman, but the producers decided against including either, so 4K/iMax Scream are the only places where you find it.
I watched it on 4K and thought it was good. Some aspects of it were great. Slow to start though and the awkward pacing continued through the film.
It certainly made up for it's faults. It's a terrific concept and a good movie.
4K didn't push it into "masterpiece" territory though. Disappointing.
