Now watching Netflix's Unwell watching a bunch of emaciated people in a 'wellness' on extreme versions of intermittent fasting drinking just water for 28 days. The guy in charge is saying it has cured cancer, heart defects, blindness.
One of his ex-clients died after fainting and this guy is saying he's not to blame. He died because he hit his head. Not because of fasting.
Main criticism; it seems to treat all fasting as one in trying to show positive and negatives. It ends up muddying the waters. I wouldn't comsider these 30 day water only fasts as intermittent fasting at all so I don't know why they are all lumped together.
