I'm not sure I buy that. It's no different to going to a rave which has a dj effectively playing records of pre-made music and not a genuine 'live' experience. You go for the craic. It's a fun night out. The only difference is this has the novelty of a hologram on stage.
Now. That said. If they're charging exuberant amounts for the pleasure then yes. You are an idiot.
