20 years? Feckin' noob!
I picked up my first guitar when I was about 18 months old. Eventually, music became my profession, spending just shy of 16 years as a club entertainer. Nowadays, I run a small project recording studio. Gear list?

Custom Strat rebuilt by local luthier
Custom guitar built to exacting individual spec, with birdseye maple neck and ebony fingerboard, custom pickups (HSH), Roland GK2A MIDI pickup , and custom designed and built surface-mounted vibrato system (based on Steinberger design). (about £3,500 in today's money)
