I can't find it in my Schirmer index but the Wiki page is quite good on this and links to sheet music archive, where I've downloaded a recorder transcriptions. I might even play it, record myself, and post it here.
In the meantime I'm going to play the clip again and imagine it's being sung just for me - whatever it's about.
