I'm gonna stick with my original choice in Deus Ex... Where I chose to die and take everything with me... At least I wasn't forced into death, I got to chose it.
And at least Human Revolution had 4 choices, sure it only mattered who you went to save during the Final Mission but at least it took into account how you played through the game and gave you a final Voiceover that was in tune with your choice and how you behaved during the game. Making it 4 endings with 3 bands of morality during them.
