I find this a difficult notion to process - that a long term sedentary position would lead to a heart attack.
I've grew up on a disabled estate and there are plenty of people who are literally permanently sedentary and can't move their bodies at all.
My mum only really moves one arm - while it's a little more energetic than moving a mouse, it's not greatly so, and it's been 26 years!
I wonder if there's some as yet unknown relationship between the sedentary state and the functions of the brain while playing.
