If I'm in the mood for some nostalgia gaming, which is only very occasionally, I'll load up WinUAE to play some Amiga favourites. You can still find thousands of games for it. WinUAE is free, but you'll usually have to buy the necessary Kickstart ROMs; and it can be tricky to configure the settings to get certain games to work, but it mostly works well.

I've also got a cheap Android device with a free ZX Spectrum emulator on it, Unreal Speccy Portable. It's very easy to get running, and very stable. World of Spectrum, for example, has a large game archive.
