I've also got a cheap Android device with a free ZX Spectrum emulator on it, Unreal Speccy Portable. It's very easy to get running, and very stable. World of Spectrum, for example, has a large game archive.
This thread, and this post in particular, has spurred me to set up an Amiga emulation too, and I've just spent the best part of three days playing old games, and tinkering with the various flavours of Workbench. Great fun!
