Holy shit some of the AWC abilities are amazing.
My sharpshooter in my fresh pseudo ironman (I've alt-F4d bugs at least 2 times) just got rupture, guaranteed crit damage with no aim penalty and only takes 1 action to fire. That's just nuts.
