I'd invest/set up enough to live comfortable, just so I don't have to worry about paying bills, or emergencies, maybe allowing for a bit of travel, but not much, I'm not a big traveler. A bit for my kids and family. Probably either give the rest to some reasonably charity -- bill gates foundation or something like that just so I wouldn't have to mess with it...
