This is the new upstairs bedroom, more modern than the rest of the house. The low portion where the bed is the dimensions of the old dovecote.
The ship's ladder to the new upstairs bedroom. The beams on the ladder and in the ceiling are reclaimed from a railroad bridge from the Missouri. The stair treads are rough sawn rafters saved from the dovecote.
