DraftScience

#1  Postby JustStarDust » Jul 13, 2020 7:00 pm

This guy has some very interesting theories. He's crude, swears a lot. I hate him, I love him.

https://www.youtube.com/user/DraftScience

I've known of this guy for ages, since the Stickam days. He has another channel which discusses human life in general, but I won't go there in this thread.
I do not totally understand every theory he presents, and I'm not trying to say 'believe him' blah blah blah. So why am I even posting this? Idk, delete it if you want. Why do anything?

His main theory is that the double slit experiment is wrong, and most of our current physics beliefs, are wrong. He wants to find out the truth and win a Nobel peace prize. People keep telling him that everything has been proven, and he's just a dumb ass or whatever. And maybe he is.

There's a huge list of stuff that physacitits haven't figured out yet. Maybe, he can. Maybe he can't, but he can try.

Few of these words mean what you think they mean and you spelt "Daft" wrong in your topic title.

Can a moderator move this fuckwittery to "Pseudoscience", please?

1. He doesn’t have a theory. He has beliefs.
2. Physics doesn’t have beliefs. It has theories.
3. Learn the fucking difference. It’s important.
4. Any shitforbrains can go around saying everything scientists know about X “is wrong”. In fact such statements are highly correlated with being a shitforbrains in the first place.
5. Data. Evidence. Reasoning. Demonstrable conclusion. Either you’ve got them or all you’ve got is hot smelly air emanating from your asshole. This chap appears to have the latter.

I don’t think you understand any of this, unfortunately.

Any time the word "Dubunked" is in the title I skip the video. Same if scientists are "shocked!" or "don't want you to know", or if I've been "doing it wrong the whole time".

Idiots are attracted by that sort of language, apparently.

Ok ok but, You knew what I meant. And the various 'theories' already exist. He's basically just looking for holes in the theory. He's made quite a few videos. Have you seen many of them? I haven't seen him do experiments. I do remember one time when he was tying to setup a laser in the forest of Mendham NJ & test something.
He has every right, to question this stuff. And no, felltoearth - as far as I know he is drug free. He vapes occasionally, and I'm not even sure if that has nicotine in it, or if it does - what mg.

Can you write down an equation or two for this theory so that we could see if or where any holes may be lurking?
