It feels like everything has been said before:

Incidentally, ABH is a much more serious charge than assault:
https://www.inbrief.co.uk/offences/assault-gbh-abh/

I expect there were lots more pertinent comments about the road you're on in the numerous substance abuse threads and the one about kicking people's doors in, but I'm tired and can't be bothered to hunt for them.

There is no omelette.
She battled through in every kind of tribulation,
She revelled in adventure and imagination.
She never listened to no hater, liar,
Breaking boundaries and chasing fire.
Oh, my my! Oh my, she flies!

From here, it looks exactly as if you're not doing it.

You're probably only a couple more of these incidents away from jail time. ABH carries a sentence of up to three years. I suspect, having looked at the sentencing guidelines that you won't get custody from what you describe and what you've told us of your previous convictions, but if you look for yourself you'll see that that isn't necessarily true if you do it again.

It's also true that this very thread where you explain that you have no remorse and pre-meditated your attack also would serve as evidence against mitigation/for aggravation. It would seem a really good idea to limit where you say that.

Reflection on your part about what path you're on and what your acquaintances are getting you into might just save you a pretty miserable time down the line.

I hasten to add I've no legal expertise, so you can ignore my advice all you want.

I think alcohol can cause recurrence but it will not cause mental illness

I suppose it depends which definition of mental illness one is using, and also whether one is only identifying the primary cause(s) or also the triggering stimuli.

Ice cream van attacked by man brandishing Samurai sword

Tickle was jailed for two years and eight months at Liverpool Crown Court for affray and possession of a weapon.

Judge Stephen Everett said the attack "came out of the blue and we may never get to the bottom of why he did what he did".

I say/do non-violent stupid cocky shit when very drunk these days and in response get assaulted often. That is the whole truth and you have no reason to doubt my word.

Do you really believe that your word is beyond doubt?

You're replying to a post in which I quoted you claiming that you were held in sensory deprivation, when you weren't, and that this was done illegally, which it wasn't.

I don't want to get on your case, because I don't believe that will help, but you really need a bit of honest self-reflection about your own control over these situations and the excuses you produce to explain that away. You can't admit to deliberately terrorising people and asking whether you should assault someone because a girl asked you to and then claim your behaviour isn't a factor here.

Everyone always has excuses, and I'll freely admit it should not matter to you or anyone, whether I say "enough excuses", but when you're up in court this time, or next time, someone else is going to tell you enough already and they will have the authority to make it stick. I genuinely think this change is something that would be better coming from yourself before it's too late. I don't want you to hurt yourself (or others) and that's what you're doing.

Anyway, I'll give it a rest, because I doubt a lecture from me is going to improve things. Best of luck, I really hope you'll try to face up with this, hopefully with the help of someone with professional expertise.

Hi Thommo, just searched sensory deprivation looking for this post. I had to move cities to even come close to what's happened to me. You are upset and have been about it for some time I think. Respect.

Sorry, not sure I follow. Are you saying that you have moved cities to get a fresh start? In which case, that's great news and I hope you do well. Or are you saying that you've been forced to move cities due to being chased out in some way? In which case that's a real shame, but I hope it can still be an opportunity for you.
