This is a 3 part documentary that has run on the ABC in the last 3 weeks. A TV personality (and CEO of an advertising firm) subjects himself to neuroscientists (among others) for 3 months as a test subject for all sorts of tests and training with the goal of improving his brain performance.

It's a production for the layman, I'm sure there's a couple of questionable concepts thrown in but I know we all love a good science program and it's rare psychology or neuroscience gets a run. Here are parts 1 and 2, I will upload 3 when it appears (it only just ran tonight).
