I retook the test, answering closer to the middle on some that I thought could go wither way, and got a 15%. That would be erring on the high side for me. Holy shit, most of you guys are hard bastards!

It said something to that effect on the left side of the page that the questions were on.

Evolving wrote:Sure? It seemed to make sense to me to distinguish between people who like animals you can interact with, like a puppy or a kitten, and those who prefer fish, for instance.

Can't really imagine anyone's favourite animal genuinely being a piranha. Maybe ticking that option leads to the conclusion, "You're not taking this seriously"!

Some of my favorite animals are water ones, including fish. I scored 18 %
Я пью за разоренный дом,
За злую жизнь мою,
За одиночество вдвоем,
И за тебя я пью, -
За ложь меня предавших губ,
За мертвый холод глаз,
За то, что мир жесток и груб,
За то, что Бог не спас.

I just did it again and got the same result 45% but I would have expected to score lower! Glad to know my conscience is in the right place at least!

This test did not give the opportunity to state my favorite animal, which is the common jellyfish Aurelia aurita. I just went with fish since they live in the sea. Couldn't they have included whales or dolphins at least?

15%.

I received the same comment for a score of 61.. seems this is a big category.

Do those of us with low scores need to start hunting for a secure hiding place? :hide:

I'm going to try the test again but put kitten instead of my real preference of puppy - that must be the low scoring one!

Well that doesn't make any difference - probably because it isn't one of the questions - it's just part of the demographic bit!

Here's my breakdown of answers, which got me 45% - I think it's the skydiving and high opinion of myself that did it.

“You rarely catch me making any plans, I’m far too spontaneous.” = D
“I'd have no problem cheating on my partner if I knew I could get away with it.” = DD
“If I got a better offer, I wouldn’t mind cancelling long-standing plans.” = D
“I don’t get bothered by seeing animals injured or in pain.” = DD
“It would be fun to drive fast cars, ride rollercoasters and go skydiving.” = AA
“I think it’s OK to step over other people to achieve my own ambitions.” = D
“I’m very persuasive, and getting people to do what I want is a real talent of mine.” = AA
“My ability to make quick decisions means I would suit a dangerous job.” = D
“When the people around me are crumbling under pressure, I’m usually the one with a cool head.” = AA
“If someone gets conned who cares? They're asking for it.” = DD
“I’m rarely to blame for things going wrong; it’s usually the fault of the people around me.” = A

Risk taking, manipulative, stunted emotions (cool head), and failure to accept responsibility.
I'm not saying that's you, but that's what those questions are getting at where you answered AA. We were the same on the first 4, but I answered d or dd on all of them except for the cool head, which I forget if it was d or a. Maybe I gave myself too much credit on that one.

A good personality test would have more than 11 questions, and an interview by a professional, so there's hope for you...all.
And I might not be as goody two shoes as this test suggests.

I've just realised that my score isn't as high as I thought because it's 6 points lower than the average male score.
