Should this practice be banned?

Genital Mutilation of a completely helpless individual whilst, unbelievably, under parental scrutiny, purely to satisfy an ancient middle east nonsense.

Jewish non-sense at its most absurd and outrageous.

If my understanding is correct outside of religion this mutilation would be a criminal offence.

It should be banned on children. Children are not the property of their parents. Parents have no right to alter the body of their children unless there is a good medical reason to do so.

It's not a criminal offense in the US, although perhaps it should be. At least when done on children without medical necessity.
