Jewish man defending circumcision on TV ad says on of the most deluded religious things I have ever heard:
"If a Jewish child grew up to adulthood and found out they were never circumcised, then they would feel that they are being forcefully deprived of their rights."
That's right... mainstream British TV...

Forcefully deprived of their rights even thought they could nip down the surgery and have it done in full-awareness of their conviction, as opposed to a child having it done by decree before they are of an age where they can consent to it as part of their convictions.

How is that an advert on TV?

It was on a Channel 4 prog 'points of view' or something where they give assorted religious nutters 3 minutes to talk about how wonderful it is to be a hazelnut rather than a brazil nut and how we must respect their beliefs.

Yes, wouldn't it be terrible if people were forcefully deprived of their right to be forcefully deprived of something. I suppose next we'll be hearing that children who don't have their eyes gouged out against their will are somehow having their rights violated.
