Do you see what I did there?
She battled through in every kind of tribulation,
She revelled in adventure and imagination.
She never listened to no hater, liar,
Breaking boundaries and chasing fire.
Oh, my my! Oh my, she flies!

It makes it even funnier that the US and UK versions have the definitions they do :tehe:

Does Canada go with the US version? What about Australia?

Pardon my ignorance, I had never heard of Irn-Bru before encountering it on this thread. Google informs me that it is Scotland's other national drink. What soft drink available to a US Midwesterner would you say it most resembles? For some reason I am guessing it'd be like an orange colored Mountain Dew.

The full-fat stuff's really sweet, the best hangover cure ever! I drink two litres of diet Irn Bru every day, have done since I was about 17 :shifty:

There is a hint of bubble gum, but it's really hard to describe, it's just Irn Bru flavoured :dunno:

We get a Farmer's Market here once a month. One of the stalls is the butcher who supplies Balmoral Castle and he does the most beautiful pork and Irn Bru sausages. They are absolutely gorgeous!

$2.00 per 16 oz plus shipping to order online for delivery to the US. Or £1.32 / 500ml

How does that price compare to what you pay in the UK?

For the non-Scots-speakers here, "absolutely gorgeous" translates as "something for which you would subsequently accuse the person supplying it of trying to poison you".

Not only have I never had Irn Bru, until just now I had assumed it was a beer (because of "brew").

I live a long way from Scotland.

Err, what is that? Is she suppose to be a sex bot? I don't get it.
Я пью за разоренный дом,
За злую жизнь мою,
За одиночество вдвоем,
И за тебя я пью, -
За ложь меня предавших губ,
За мертвый холод глаз,
За то, что мир жесток и груб,
За то, что Бог не спас.
