What if a man hates women because they don't want to date him? If they never date him, does that mean he will always hate them?

Not sure why you ask. I was talking about a person who wants to improve, and who takes responsibility for themselves. You are asking about someone who does not want to do either.

How do you mean? How do you define "improve"?

You asked what someone can do to help another overcome their hatreds or prejudices. I gave my response to that. "Improve" is defined by who ever wants to improve.

All I said was, that the person who DOES want to change, has to do the work themselves. It cannot be accomplished from outside. All that CAN be done from the outside, is to alter appearances.
