Little shopping cart speedster in Aisle 7 inspires Ford braking solution

I'd like one that followed me around with no wrestling the damn things with wonky wheels. Full cart is hard on the back when it doesn't want to go where you point it.

While I am sure the tech will have applications, I certainly do not want the shopping cart to follow me around. Unless it could be told "stay here" as I often park it where it does not obstruct the traffic while checking what's on a shelf without it. Also pushing it around .. never occurred to me as an issue, I mean yeah wonky wheels are annoying but that's annoyance I forget about in 3 sec so it's nothing.
