His £20 note is going out of circulation soon, so get them spent quickly.

Wait until we go EURO.
The 10 pound note, with the pic of Charles Darwin, will disappear.

I always thought "Come ahead if you think your hard enough" should be our national ditty.
To do, is to be (Socrate)
To be, is to do (Sartre)
Do be do be do (Sinatra)

What is it with English composers and alliteration anyway? Edward Elgar, Benjamin Britten, William Walton... Erm. Buster Bloodvessel? :ask:

A lot?
She battled through in every kind of tribulation,
She revelled in adventure and imagination.
She never listened to no hater, liar,
Breaking boundaries and chasing fire.
Oh, my my! Oh my, she flies!

Yep.

Being completely prejudiced of course, but I don't care.

Anyway, I thought Hey Jude was the unofficial national anthem? That's the one that's always a singalong at the end of everything ever. Should probably close the Olympics with it tbh.

Why not?

Why not?

Because I'm prejudiced, and just assume they're all flag waving, Daily Mail reading, "God is British" types. Upper class versions of Al Murray without the irony. Did I mention I don't really go for patriotism, and have an allergy to anyone that does?
