Observe how, below, Ravi Shankar & Philip Glass face each other on one album cover, and then each of the next two albums features a weird head, the pair of them facing away from each other!



See how Amy Ray of the Indigo Girls has the right side of her face truncated - as does Don Henley on the next album along!



Note the grotesque eyes of David Bowie staring to our left, and the grotesque eyes on the adjacent Blue Oyster Cult album staring to our right!

Not convinced? Still think there's a natural, rational explanation for all this? All right then, how do you explain THIS?!

PS I have precisely none of those albums.

The alphabeticalisationalism is the media player's preference, not mine. If it was up to me, then naturally I would order them according to the reverse spelling of the sound engineer's second child's middle name, so I could actually find things.

Still, I will settle for "lovable eccentric".
