Well, I sent a query letter to an agent, with the requisite introduction of myself, synopsis of the manuscript, and marketing discussion, and she's gotten back to me. She loves the premise of the book and has asked me to send her the entire manuscript. I took this as a positive, as her webpage states that if she's interested in a submission, she usually asks for the first 20 pages only.

By the way, my two recent reviewers have been quite positive about the manuscript, and most helpful in suggesting ideas and corrections.
