Dark Matter Detection ?

No doubt the controversy "is it or isn't it" will rumble on for a while...

..and a little article by Richard Ruiz
A soul in tension that's learning to fly
Condition grounded but determined to try
Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies
Tongue-tied and twisted just an earthbound misfit, I

The arxiv announcement of the CRESST results: http://arxiv.org/abs/1109.0702

Looks like there's a link to it from that BBC article, too. I got to the arxiv link from their own site: http://www.cresst.de/cresst.php

And while we're on the subject, here's the CDMS search main page: http://cdms.berkeley.edu/

And the XENON project's main page: http://xenon.astro.columbia.edu/

And there's also a Dark Matter Portal: http://lpsc.in2p3.fr/mayet/dm.php

That portal has links to most if not all of the ongoing direct detection experiments, and some indirect stuff I have yet to check out. Have fun!
