Tried the demo. It kicked ass. They give you 45 minutes to explore the world once you get out to the surface which is the first reasonable time limit I've ever seen in a demo (other than those that don't have a time limit duh!). I don't like this kind of graphical style though.

I liked that I had to actually confirm that I wanted to attack civilians as opposed to the likes of Morrowind where you can accidently hurt civilians because they just happen to casually stroll between you and guy you're shooting fireballs at.
He must be at least KIND of an arsehole. Why would Superman bite him if he wasn't?

Just finished amalur. My character hit level 40 a few minutes before the last boss as well. Overall the game was ok, combat was the highlight. The story failed to grab my attention, these guys could learn a thing or two from how ME games present their stories. I also felt that there was potential depth in the story but it was never properly harnessed
