Anno 2070

Oh dear god this game is awesome and infuriating at the same time...

The balance on produced goods is soooo fragile...

I'm going out on a limb but I guess it's best to create the raw goods on fringe islands and haul them back to the main island and produce them into goods there so it can satisfy the peoples 'needs'

Also, I don't like Tyccoons, I'm fighting against ability to create a bunch of things by eating my coal into power...

5 hours so far still trying to make 1 executive mission requirements 2,500 of them...

I played it for a bit, and its got some nice features, but at the end of the day I prefer the older historical setting in the other games.

I passed because of the high price (even on steam sale I think it's a little pricey), the copy protection, and from what I hear you need the expansion to fix some balance issues in the original.

I doubt anyone non-hardcore would experience those balance issues. Or perhaps only noticeable in MP games. It's a very well made game, there's no denying that. Each Anno becomes a little more polished, even if the styles are sometimes a bit too quirky for me.
