The Mechromancer class should be available for download today. If people didn't pre-order I don't know if it is or not, but no doubt you will need to pay some monies for it.

The Mechro is awesome. Her Anarchy skill allows you to accumulate gun damage with each kill. As long as you don't reload before the clip runs out or die it will keep building to a certain point. Her Preshrunk Cyberpunk skill increases the amount of Anarchy you can build while the Smaller, Lighter, Faster skill decreases your gun clip to reload faster.

She is a lot of fun, but don't stack anarchy on a low accuracy gun. It just gets worse. XD

Second DLC, and analysis shows for best returns DLC needs to be sold, on release, 30 days/60 days/ 90 days, beyond that people have moved on to other games and aren't willing to shell out.

From what I understand these codes aren't the way the keys will be given out at a later date, I seem to remember that guy tweeting about how they were just a means of testing the shift system. I am hoping this is true and they start being given out for actually doing things in the game instead of stalking a twitter account.
