No I was referring to fact that Donkey Kong is 30+ years old and if someone has rights to it its lulz to me regardless what the law might say I am not going to respect it (if I can get away with it).
Indeed, new business new people new approaches. These games are ideal for cloud streaming imo. Largely single player, not demanding HW and bandwidth/latency wise, could be made to bundles etc

edit: just log in, click and play on tablet or phone for example. streaming gets around HW compatibilities/performace and installation and storage issues. just neat library with retro games on demand. nothing wrong with it.
