I had the same experience as Aban. Loved RDR. RDR2 bored me to death.

Same difference. And it is exclusive in the sense that Epic is the only general games store that you can get it on.

On a related note; EA is actually rejoining Steam.

Either Epic or a studio's own publishing launcher will offer at same price as US, while Steam gives me a local price which is usually between 40 and 60% cheaper.

Wow, that's surprising. Will avoid then, thanks for being bored so I don't have to!

I've used it once or twice, but more often use discount codes from YT reviewers/players to get Steam keys.

Sorry for not being clear: I didn't mean about which currency I pay in... it's all international when it comes to paypal, and mine actually draws from my British bank account.

I mean the sale price on Steam is at local prices.

So a game that typically costs say USD30-40 on release, will cost B300, or about USD10. This saving doesn't typically work out quite so well on AAA games which tend to cost B1000-1500, so USD33-50

I rarely have time to play games, but I buy shit loads of them when they're on sale, so then I'm getting games for USD3-6. Win-win! :)

There's no real reason for me ever to buy games elsewhere when they're on Steam, and Epic's exclusive snatching has been frustrating for a couple of games I'd been looking forward to playing but not so much that I'm prepared to pay 10x more for them.

Ah right. I very very rarely buy a new game. I wait for the price drops and for the patches. Then there's mods.

I'm ready for this.

The trailer was produced using only the game engine including Senua's chanting face which looks the most like live action than any game engine I've ever seen.

Anyone with a HMD or getting an HMD planing on playing Half-Life: Alyx? It looks like another decent VR game coming this March. I think Lone Echo 2 is scheduled to release around the same time which I think will also be good if it is anything like the original.
