I don't have any whistle capability, even after a check in the list of commands. The touch-pad only brings the map, and I can't throw the spear or aim with it. Are we talking about the same game ? :)

Maybe the whistle is row. I'm not talking about the touchpad. I mean the directional buttons. You can't throw the spear. Only attack when they get close for a take down.

Yeah, the whistle and the close take down are skills you must "buy". I didn't have them at the time.

You buy it from the level up skills. It's like the top row second from the right or third from the right isn't it?

To be fair you can also use rocks (which are in the intro) or just blatantly walk up behind the machines and do it too.

Oh, so Persona 5 is about some guy in school. But it looks like it's got all weird shit. I just want a game where you go to school and come home and do stuff and maybe you confront a bully, but then you find out his home life is bad and the bullying was actually a one-off moment of aggression and he's remorseful and apologetic and you become friends with him and then it moves ahead through the years and you're still friends and it's very affirming of friendship.

This must be the last school themed game I played.

Image

I'd like a pixel art style life sim/RPG about being a school pupil in the 90s. There'd be procedural world generation. The school life and home life bits could vary quite a lot every time you play. You'd have to deal with all the things you might expect: school work, homework, friendships, petty schoolyard politics. It would be possible to bunk off school altogether and freely roam (procedurally generated streets, shops, houses, school, etc), and your actions in game would influence the opinions of persistent NPCs. You could get into all sorts of trouble; you might easily find yourself getting expelled. Basically you could do pretty much anything that a real school pupil could do, and the consequences would be fairly realistic. However, there should probably be an option to have something like a zombie apocalypse or alien invasion trigger randomly, perhaps two or three years in.

Oh, oh, I want what Matthew just described. But without the last bit. And my house and bedroom should be kinda pretty. And the gay romance option should be well developed.

It looks violent though. And I want to customise the look of my character and change clothes daily. And there should be a whole grown-up second half, where you settle down and either marry or remain single or choose any other of the vast array of lifestyle choices. And there should be a pizza place. And you can move to another city and have all sorts of adventures. And you can romance Varric.

I'm still really enjoying WoW: Legion, despite it's niggles and the lacklustre content that has come with patch 7.2. Mainly its Mythic dungeons keeping me engaged (as my guild keeps being defeated by the Mythic boss of "get 20 people together.")

The thing I really like about the current WoW dungeon content is that it is graduated to fit all levels of competence and preferred playstyle. With mythic keystones, you can push the difficulty envelope to a point where the mechanics of the instance matter to you and your team, so they become a challenge again. A challenge which harkens back to the original vanilla dungeon content and also Burning Crusade heroics. The difference being that the graduated difficulty curve gives you an opportunity to become familiar with the mechanics, so you recognise what it is that killed you in a high keystone dungeon. As opposed to the cliff face of the earlier content, where getting the opportunity to be familiar with the content in the first place, was the principle challenge to be overcome.
