Sure. People go out to socialize. Whether its football or music or any other setting they feel comfortable in does not matter.

Sweet. Why not? I'd go there. Then again, I don't think that there are tons of money to be made. Those who would spend the most time there and are good enough at their game to draw crowds aren't of legal drinking age.

That said, if you could get a pro team from, say, LoL or SC2 to train there or play a few skrim matches you'd make a killing with soft drinks, actually.

For a while after StarCraft 2 was released I got into watching matches from Korean professional leagues. With the commentary I actually find it quite interesting. I'd rather watch that than 99% of what they televise during the Olympics.

Well to go to a pub to play video games is really and I mean really sorry you cant have much in the upstairs chamber.

I just cant think of anything so mind numbing. Only watching a whole series of East Enders in one go could come anywhere near it.

I'd go if I could afford the air fare.

I take it you're not much of a gamer. :coffee:

ETA: Besides, since I just said that I would indeed visit that pub you technically just personally attacked me. Just sayin'.

I might go if the barmaids are photorealistic and have breast physics. London? Never heard of that server

Years ago I took my ps1 to a pub in Windermere, lake district uk, as it was empty midweek. I played wipeout with the gaffer on his projector, was bloody :awesome:

This reminds me. The most important question in the universe .. What kind of platform does it run?

Net-cafés with LAN parties are not that far from a pub. Actually, I was once playing Delta Force 2 in what was more like a pub not a café. The other guys there, 15 years younger, were playing CS and did not quite understand how come would one want to hunt pixles. Ping 350ms .. fucking lagger :)

Plenty of people up and down the country go to pubs and play pool or darts and some do so in pub leagues. Me and my girlfriend would play pool in any pub that had a decent table but over time they have become fewer and fewer.

This isn't all that different. I know plenty of people who would play games in a setting like this especially people i have had LAN parties with.
