I have to say I haven't watched new episodes in at least two years as they've been going downhill for a while now.
"He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself."
-Thomas Paine
I haven't watched in ages either. I don't even watch telly that much, but I just decided to put it on while I ate my dinner and...
I don''t want to talk about it.
Why is this not in the Film/TV/Gaming forum, eh, eh? Disorganisation like this is the thin end of the wedge: earthquakes, floods, dogs and cats living together...
There is grandeur in this view of life

But the Mother of Mysteries is another man's call:
Why is there something 'stead of nothing at all? The Darwin Song Project

There's a forum for that?
Yeah, that was a classic one! I wonder how they allowed it to get so bad.

I'd love to know that too. The one before was just stupid. They were trying to hard to be funny but it was just lame.
I don't know how it got such a good reception http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/You_Kent_A ... #Reception
If that was "ending the season" on a high note, I dread to see the rest.
The jokes were all rubbish. And Ludacriss was in it for no apparent reason except just to have him in it.
The Simpson's has been shit for years now, IMO. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find some good yucks in the movie. Based on that, it seems that the writers still have the ability to write good things. Not sure why none of them seem to make it into the TV show. My 2 cents.
Everything's all loopty-loops and flibertyjibit.

Do you know what it was like? They had jokes, and I recognised they were jokes, but they weren't funny. It was like someone telling a crap joke and then turning to everyone, with their hands out, palm upwards, "Eh? Eh? C'mon!"
Yeah, I know exactly what you mean Animavore. I thought perhaps it was just because it had become so familiar to me, but I recently saw an episode from about three years ago which I missed and was howling. brilliant gag after brilliant gag non-stop from the word go, it's like they've planed the show or something.
The Simpsons jumped their particular shark when they had Rupert Murdoch on as a guest star, I still cringe when I think about the fawning mess they concocted for that one.
I want to reach out with something other than these prehensile paws and feel the wind of a supernova flowing over me! I'm a machine and I can know much more! Brother Cavil, BSG
