Apparently John Bishop is going to be in the next season.
Is the plan to work through every British comedian as companion?
I draw the line at Michael MacIntyre, although Frankie Boyle would be interesting.
what I really like about Dr. Who is that I hardly know any of the actors before they go on the show.

It would be easier on the ears, listening to a Darlek monologue than a John Bishop monologue.

how much of a train crash was the last two seasons by Chris Chibnall?

16€ per season now or I have to wait for half a year till my DVD is hooked up again.

I have to admit that this slipped me by on multiple levels, but I had no idea Ncuti Gatwa had been cast as the Doctor.

Ok, I don't watch much TV at all, and the last Doctor Who I watched (aside from Rowan Atkinson) was Colin Baker so I can't really be considered a fan... but Gatwa's performance of Eric in Sex Education was so powerful, so layered and authentic... I would watch anything that guy is in!

i'm expecting him to be ace

jodie needed a different showrunner - chinballs was never right for it...there was some good stuff in his era but a whole lot of mess as well...but let's be honst not for the first time in dr who's history...XD

new companion for ncuti announced on uk's children in need show tonight..does this mean we're getting a 'known' name? seems an odd way to announce if not

from what I’ve seen on Youtube I can’t distinguish his Doctor from David Tennant‘s.

If that was just done for the transition: well done.
If it’s kept up: meh.

DVD player still half a year away [Marvin, the paranoid android voice] Gawds, I‘m so depressed. [/Marvin voice]
