I should explain mine. When I was a small, Japanese girl, I went on a fascinating adventure. I then spent some time in the Hoth System, riding tauntauns. I would often hang out with my droogs, drinking the milk with knives in it. Nowadays, I live in a dystopian future, in a world filled with artificial beings. I hope one day to pass through the Star Gate.

I found some purpose in endurance exercise and a batch of mismatched friends, enjoy taking the Mickey out of religion and examining irrational belief systems, live largely in my imagination and would enjoy a nomadic lifestyle with close companions independent of imposed authority.
Do we all have to do one? Omgomgomg,I can't think of a reason for one of mine...

Contact because I want the humans to be contacted by ET's, preferably within my lifetime. Castaway because. Hmm. I'd like to visit a remote tropical island and stay on it for a time. I don't want to be there for so long that I befriend a soccer ball and float out into the open ocean in an act of desperation, but that's a minor detail. The Arrival because I want the humans to be contacted by ET's, preferably within my lifetime.
