Reports are that he will spend most of his time recounting the nuances and problems of running a vineyard.

I don’t doubt that for a moment.
Obviously it’s not that each member of the grape collective at the vineyard is striving for perfection itself but nevertheless, the Picard character, aka Locutus of Borg, is himself aiming to grow the perfect vine fruit that will yield the best imaginable cordial upon being crushed at the pressoir before fermentation to an exquisite mash and liquor… (need I go on?)
