Once several languages get more popular they get their own subforum, as long as this is not the case just post them here in the main language forum, make the thread title already the language you want to use so it can be identified as such.
Oh and btw, this is not just meant to be some general off-topic banter forum, so please feel free to discuss science, religion etc as well! Let's get this place busy
