Into the 4th month of my Weigh-Less diet.
I lost the plot a bit once the excess weight was too little to bother me, and started eating what I felt like on weekends, which meant that it took the first half of the week being strict just to break even. Then there were a couple of weekends away...
Anyway, re-motivated and back on track now. Total weight loss about 9kg from the highest in January, gym going well, running speed and distances becoming significant again, and by next weigh-in I think I will have only 5kg to go, aim is to reach goal weight by middle of the year, quite do-able if I stay on track, and I should be up to comfortable half marathon running distances by then as well.
