E3 live

#1  Postby Laurens » Jun 07, 2011 10:32 am

I used to work at a health foods company who sold the following product:

E3 live

Here's what the description says about it:

E3Live arrives "alive" in frozen form and thaws out in the refrigerator.

Please note: To ensure that it arrives to you in its freshest state, E3Live has a minimum order quantity of 4 bottles due to packaging requirements.

E3Live - The World's Only Fresh, 'Live' AFA
Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae (AFA) is "the invisible living flower of the water"

E3Live is an Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae, a freshwater edible species of blue green cyanophytas. Containing countless naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and nutrients, E3Live's unique liquid form also functions as an incredible energy enhancer.

Increase energy, stamina and feelings of wellbeing.
Maintain optimal brain function, mental clarity and creativity.
Increase mental focus and concentration
Cleanse and nourish the blood through the power of chlorophyll.
Help normalise weight
Support and balance immune system
Help maintain intestinal regularity
Reduce recovery time after athletic performance
Promote the growth of stronger nails, smoother skin and silkier hair

How does E3Live AFA work?

Because people report that E3Live has such a wide range of benefits, it's easy to fall into a 'magic bullet' mentality associated with how drugs work in the body. E3Live does not work that way. AFA is truly a superfood and not a drug.

Artificial drugs are synthesized in the laboratory to produce specific effects on targeted cells, organs or body functions.

In contrast, billions of years of Nature's innate wisdom works through E3Live's full spectrum of perfectly balanced, naturally occurring nutrients.

E3Live helps sustain overall biological balance by 'nourishing away' hidden nutritional deficiencies. Without any known side effects, this is how E3Live can have so many nutritional and energetic effects throughout the body.

Where does it grow?

The AFA harvested for E3Live grows in the Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon. In fact it is the only place in the world where this species of cyanophytas is harvested.

Why does it grow here in such abundance?

Perhaps it is the volcanic springs and the mineral rich water, situated at 4200 feet elevation, which is fed by the surrounding Cascade Mountains. Or maybe it is the fresh air and life giving sunlight, which is present over 300 days of the year.

Most probably all of these factors contribute to the ideal growing conditions necessary for this organic, high life force wild food to thrive.

Optimal Health for Hair, Skin and Nails?

Imagine being complimented for the healthy glow of your skin, hair and nails! Vitamins and minerals are vital for beautiful skin, hair and nails. The nutrients present in E3Live will make your hair, nails and skin beautiful and healthy. It makes sense that if the body needs vitamins and minerals to maintain health, your hair and nails need them also. After all, hair and nails are a part of your body. Like your skin, they express your overall health. E3Live stimulates hair and nail growth while providing energy and the natural antioxidants that give your skin a younger and more supple look.

Not only is E3Live Aphanizomenon flos-aquae a beneficial supplement, it will compliment other personal care products and can be added to many topically applied skin and hair care products for increased nutrition.

Why does E3Live support athletic performance?

Every athlete wants to be at the top of their athletic game for as long as possible.

If you already excel in your chosen sport or just enjoy the benefits of physical activity you can always aim to improve your present training program and reach even greater heights.

Eating E3Live in this unique form has been reported to:

Maximise endurance and strength in athletic or physical performance.
Optimise performance times in sports that require a combination of strength, endurance or flexibility.
Assist the ability of seasoned and senior athletes to make a 'come back.'
Reduce fatigue, soreness and recovery time after athletic performance.
Help during recuperation time after injury.
Maintain mental focus during athletic performance

Whatever your sport may be, whether you're competing professionally or just enjoy reaping the benefits of physical or athletic activity E3 will help you 'Feel the Difference.'

Can I feed E3Live to my pets?

Your pets deserve complete nutrition, too. Many pet owners, show dog owners and other animal lovers are feeding E3Live (frozen liquid) and E3AFA (dried) to their animals with amazing results.

Maintaining your pets (dogs, cats, birds, horses, reptiles) on a daily amount of AFA may provide the following benefits:

Lustrous coats, silkier hair, more vibrant colours, better skin and less brittle nails
Better general health, lessening of symptoms reported in arthritic animals
Old animals act and feel younger
Reduced stress, better temperaments and increased energy levels

What are the exact ingredients in E3Live?

There is only 1 ingredient in E3Live, and that's 100% Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae (AFA), a fresh water edible species of blue-green cyanophytas.

What is the suggested usage for E3Live?

E3Live can be consumed undiluted or mixed with juice or pure water. E3Live MUST be kept cold to maintain its freshness, vitality and nutritional value.

Keep frozen until ready to use, then place E3Live in refrigerator to partially defrost. Pour off the thawed portion (enough for a seven day supply). Place remainder of bottle back in the freezer until ready to defrost once more.

Alternatively, place E3Live in refrigerator to partially defrost. Pour off thawed portion into empty ice cube tray. Place tray back in freezer. Each iced cube of E3Live can be defrosted daily or as needed.

When travelling without refrigeration facilities a superior grade of powdered or encapsulated freeze dried E3Live is available.

Suggested Quantity
Begin with 1 teaspoon per day for the first week or two - after that you can take as much as you feel is right for you.

Athletes in training, people who eat organically grown food or raw vegetarian foods, often find they can eat several ounces of E3Live per day. Trust your own intuition and work up to your desired and most beneficial quantity.

Drink plentiful amounts of pure water every day to remove the toxins from your body.

I remember there being signs up at the local lake telling people to be wary of the water when it contained blue-green algae... Surely this can't be the same shit?

Whatever the case there's a lot of claims there, and I have my reservations about them...

Anyone care to debunk?

"The Universität Konstanz (southern Germany) has, in 2008, found toxic microcystin in all 16 samples of AFA bacteria products [8] sold as food supplements in Germany and Switzerland, originating from Lake Klamath. 10 out of 16 samples exceeded the safety value of 1 microgram microcystin per gram of AFA product. A single product reached a value of 8 micrograms. University professor Daniel Dietrich warned parents not to let children consume AFA products, since children are even more vulnerable to toxic effects, due to lower body weight, and the continous intake might lead to accumulation of toxins. Dietrich also warns against quackery schemes selling AFA bacteria as medicine against illnesses like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), causing people to omit their regular drugs." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aphanizomenon_flos-aquae

That should tell ya just about everything you need to know. :P

Amazing how people can lie through their teeth about poison just to make a buck.

Ugh. Currently dealing with blue-green algae right now as part of my job. That is some nasty shit, especially when it creates Microcystin LR toxin. You'd have to be certifiably insane and/or stupid to ingest blue-green algae thinking it's good for you.
It's so cold in the D.

E3 is the name of an electronic entertainment (video games etc...) expo. Imagine my disappointment when I found out this thread wasn't about a new Pac-Man game? :sigh:
