ETA: different link with better sound, also vignettes of Somalia. Waaberi was an evolving supergroup, centered lately around the husky vocals of singer Maryam Mursal. The album (also called Waaberi, meaning "New Dawn") features Egyptian percussionist Hossam Ramzy, and an ud (or oud) (unusual, and subversive). Singers and arrangements vary from track to track. You'll hear (in the above song too) the clinking of tea cups, water bottles, and spoons... necessity becoming choice.
