Before he 'disapeard' he was seen with others who were wearing masks. In the latest photos those with him were NOT wearing masks. Historical photos?

I've only seen the ribbon cutting photo. That's hardly reliable evidence. Perhaps aerial footage of an entourage can help.

This video shows him cutting a tape in front of a painted backdrop. There was another picture of him cutting a tape outside with buildings (factory?) in the background (seems to have vanished!). Two tape cuttings?
