Excellent.

I actually find the most upsetting thing about him (obviously policies apart) is his wheezing with every single sentence. I feel out of breath just listening to him.

Does anyone here actually refer to these people by their title? I don't recognize any of that shit. The queen to me is Elizabeth Windsor for example and if I were to meet her I would refer to her as Mrs Windsor.

Ben kingsley insists on being addressed with his title apparently, you'd have to be a cock to do that obviously.

I can't imagine any situation where I might address someone other than by their forename / surname / nickname. I don't think anybody is that superior or senior to me. Maybe to humour a senile elderly gentleman who prefers Mr Whatever :dunno:

Nope. Most of the knighted individuals I know either prefer to be referred to by their first name or their professional title and surname.

If I've called someone "Bruce" for years, I'm not about to start calling them "Sir Bruce."
Unless its funny to do so.
