Recent spate of large earthquakes, eruptions and CERN?

#1  Postby alienpresence » Apr 16, 2010 10:57 am

Is there anyone able to tell whether stream of recent large scale geological activity is anomolous in a statisitical sense? I'm not saying CERN is to blame(but it is a risk factor, along with melting icecaps) yet we've had quite few 7+ Richter scale earthquakes and now Iceland is dusting Europe with a spectaculor. Is 2012 a reality happening under our feet? Is this the beginning of the end or something like that? :whine:

In what possible way could CERN be a 'Risk Factor' for earthquakes and/or volcanoes?

:dunno:

I can't tell if you are taking the piss out of conspiracy nuts or if you really do think that the LHC might make black holes that destroy the earth

If I was in possession of the numbers then I could make up my mind on this matter myself. It is probably melting ice - this could explain things satisfactorily. I'm not a brilliant data miner myself but know some here are a whizz at things like that.

The statistical sense of dynamic chaos or turbulence is best known, since Nile flood records began, as intermittency.

If/when we really hit a jackpot of extinction of earthly species we might get to see the Carina nebula like a full moon as the kilometre cube of impactor races towards Katla at Mach 10 and a Solar CME the size of a million Texases reaches the magnetopause – but I'll bet a bunny to a buck it'll be raining here in Holwick when the show begins.

Didn't you imply in another thread that these upheavals are the sign of the Great Old Ones preparing to walk the Earth once more? :ask:

The reptilians are from the stars also. They are merely paving the way for the rising of Ry'leh with their technology.

Ah, "Reptoid" is just a synonym for a "Deep One" then, right? I'm much Illuminated!

I suspect with a track record of 4 posts, 2 of which were perfectly normal sign ups for the mafia game and 2 of unadulterated quackery he is in fact trying to be funny with the quackery.

With a post count so low and this being the internet, it is fair to consider the possibility that another nutjob found the door to the forums unlocked again.

Time will tell.

It would of course me a better parody if the quackery was more extreme than that which is being parodied.

This is of course difficult, and I've already seen bigger real nutjobs already on this site, like the guy who thinks that because he did some maths he is the antichrist and has already tried to kill himself for the good of humanity.

This pales into insignificance in comparison and is either unfunny or actual moderate nutjobbism.

Impossible to tell so early.

Absolutely, and none of them have any explanation for how William Shakespeare ended up working for the FBI! :nono:

Read about HAARP. It is a conspiritor’s dream which is not far from the truth.
