In September 2018, Telltale laid off 90% of its staff, leaving only 25 of previously 250 employees. All games that had been in development were canceled, and the remaining skeleton crew was kept to complete the five-part series Minecraft: Story Mode for release on Netflix.

Each character has his own inventory, then you have the common one. Which means, everytime you go to a merchant, you have to buy supplies for every character, or you'l find yourself stuck in a fight because the character you'd like to use a specific item with doesn't have it, it's on someone else or it's in the bag. Also, they get full pretty quick, and when you buy a weapon/armor you have to get rid of something first. And there's no screen showing you all inventories, which would have facilitated the management. I find the whole concept stupid, and unnecessarily complicated.
