Also, unlike most Sim games, with maybe the exception of Societies, you can actually manage to have a positive balance. I could even work off being from -7000~ credit to being over 1000+ income without stepping in the loan-trap.
But, it gets kinda boring. I mean, you can say that about any game, then. I build a small little town and...then, what?
