Oh, the correct spelling note was for the serious people, but you take me siriusly? ;) Never mind .. logo is a good idea imo. Simple logo, easy to remember, associated with a statement this site tries to make, cannot be bad for business. You know .. like a cross for example.

I'd consider staying away from photo's too btw, they usually make for fairly low quality prints on t-shirts, you know the kind that end up cracked and turning white etc. Vector graphics tend to be higher quality.

I'm no good at drawing, and I'm not going to try, but imagine looking at a picture of the back of a preacher, who is standing at a pulpit, with the congregation looking at him (and therefore also at the viewer, who is thus kind of placed in his shoes), and a caption or speech bubble reads: "_____ ________ _____ ____. _____ ________ ___, _____ _____ __. ___ ______ __. And that's why God allows the rape and murder of innocent children." (Possibly with "Fill in the blanks" written underneath, depending on how explicit you want to be.)

Perhaps something based on my version of the Footprints in the Sand poem could work too, but I guess it would have to be shortened.
Maybe a picture of a couple of sets of shoe prints on a beach with the caption:
"But," I said, "the footprints match my shoes."
And the Lord replied "Ah yes, at those times I was wearing your shoes."

How about Carl Sagan's "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence"? It covers all brands of woo.

Yes, coupled with an appropriate picture (e.g. Noah's Ark, Jesus rising from the dead, etc.)

How about something like this (maybe in speech bubbles from opposite directions):
What caused the universe? Logically everything must have a cause, and humans are clearly too complex to exist without being created.
Then what caused the creator? By the same logic the creator must have been caused, and is surely also too complex to exist without being created.
Don't ask stupid questions.

How about:
"I have faith in reason
because there is evidence that it works."
And maybe have a stylised picture of a lit light-bulb above it, as is done to indicate ideas, but instead of having it floating in mid-air, disconnected, have it screwed into a socket, with a cord going off to one side.

What Jesus thought of Gentiles

The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.
And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.
(Mark 9:1)

And this saying is commonly heard unto this day. [Edit: note this last bit is paraphrased from Matthew 28:15]

Haha I really like this. I'm gonna pm you my email, and try get something together on it, I'll try do it myself, but this stuff always works better if the originator directs it.

I'd like to mention to everyone reading this, I'm studying the history of graphic design, and what we're talking about here is explicitly graphic design, and what I want to mention is that a lot, and awful lot of the best graphic design ever done is done by people who not only have no artistic training, but who have no artistic "talent" or "ability", this is about concepts and ideas, if you have an idea, take an hour take a pencil, and fuck something together. It's only an hour, and if it's not good enough, someone here will knock it into shape, but don't feel that you're in a weaker position because you're not trained, or not an artist, or not an expert or not whatever.
The Nike swoosh, one of the best designs in the entire history of design, cost $35, and took 45 minutes to design by a first year design student. Don't just suggest things, pick up a pencil, and try it. The worst thing that can happen is that it's not quite polished enough. I guarantee you, if it simply lacks polish, that can be sorted, anyone who feels un-confident about it can pm me, and I'm sure others.
The ideas being suggested here are too good to let go, but they're also too much for me to do alone, so don't just post your idea here in words, doodle it, post it, if it needs polish we can do that.
Let's not just make this site a lifeboat for rational people, let's make it a design coup as well.
I've some expertise in this (not a lot but some) and there's fucking gold here. Let's use it.
