It’s all family values in Alalabama. Whatever liberals bring in is against family values. If we elect the Democrats they will immediately become victims. Of anti-Christian abortionits.

The thing is the Christian left and the social gospel really needs to step up to the plate. A good portion of the American population wants God in the picture and the social gospel puts God right in the middle of it.

The traditional progressive party of old was fronted by the Christian left who believed people came before soulless industry which not only tarnishes God's creation via pollution, but inhumanely treats people. Now the Christian right and the prosperity Gospel has seeped in because it caters to their delusion that if you are a good and faithful Christian you will be rewarded with riches and the poor are simply sinners and destitute.

There is plenty of opportunity for the Christian left to make a big stand, but they are too lukewarm.

Isn't it also a case of better the 'friend' you know that the enemy you don't? (Other Christians vs atheists)

This is going badly for Doug Jones. He is doing a Hillary. The election is no longer about Jones, it is 100% about Moore. He has to pound him repeatedly by twitter or any available media. Take the gloves off. The nice guy plan does not work against the Trumps and Moores of the world.

Senior Alabama senator Richard Shelby has come out publicly against Roy Moore. This is the guy Moore will be working along side...

How about 2:26:
Let's be real; it was a different world, 40 years ago in Alabama. People could get married at 13 or 14. My grandmother was married at 13, at 15 had two children. If Roy Moore was guilty, was at the mall, hittin on that 14 year old.. 40 years ago in Alabama, there's a lot of mommas and daddies 'd be thrilled at their 14 year old getting hit on by a district attourney!

If anyone missed Roy Moore's wife's bizarre recent comments on them not being racist or bigoted-
(they have black friends and "one of our attorneys is a Jew." )

This was sad but probably fell on deaf ears at Moore's rally.

That's called rural electoral districts which are large but sparsely populated - the three big cities are the key.

Cities with African American populations are often slow reporting as they get shite end of the electoral processing stick.
