This confirms May's status as a poor second-rater.* She's some modest tactical ability -- or rather, the sense to follow the Lynton Crosby gameplan -- but is strategically incompetent, unable to look beyond boosting -- or, depending on the CPS, even retaining -- her Commons majority.

The men in grey suits won't do anything before she gets back into No. 10, but they're waiting, and her clock is running down fast.

* or she's deliberately wrecking Brexit, making her a strategic genius, which would be nice, if unlikely
I don't believe in the no-win scenario.

The men in grey suits have no interest in the welfare of this country just making money and power. They can do that in or out of the EU. They can open up companies in the EU if they need after all

This made me realise ... I don't understand Theresa May. I don't know what she's up to. I understand Farage, I even understand Boris I think. But I've no clue what May thinks, really, about Brexit.

I think she thinks it won't make the slightest difference to her own life so doesn't particularly care so long as she can spin it to make herself seem more important.

My view is that she thinks it's a useful power consolidation tool and nothing else. Which is why she's engaging in dick-swinging with the EU, to try and look hard in front of the racist Little Englanders, so that they'll lick her electoral ringpiece on June 8th.

She's decided that the way forward is to turn the Tory Party into Norsefire, and become Norsefire's führer.

She wouldn't last longer than about 10 milliseconds alongside some real Neds, especially when they found out she'd blown nearly a grand on shit coloured leather trousers.

I mean how does one actually physically bring oneself to pay that much money for an item of clothing that isn't for some huge occasion in one's life? This isn't a wedding dress or some elaborate ceremonial costume. It's fucking trousers for work! She may as well wear trousers made of banknotes, she's flaunting her wealth and callousness towards those living on the bread line no less than if she were to do that.
She battled through in every kind of tribulation,
She revelled in adventure and imagination.
She never listened to no hater, liar,
Breaking boundaries and chasing fire.
Oh, my my! Oh my, she flies!
